Warehouse 500 didn't start as a business plan. It started as a conviction — that San Antonio deserved a brewery that treated its beer like craft and its community like family.
We took an old industrial space on Carolina Street and made it ours. Exposed brick, steel beams, high ceilings that echo with laughter and the clink of glass. The kind of place where strangers become regulars and regulars become friends.
Every beer we brew carries that same spirit: rooted in place, built with intention, and meant to be shared.
